About NAEMT

The National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) is the nation’s only organization dedicated to representing the professional interests of all EMS practitioners. Formed in 1975, NAEMT’s 30,000 members include EMTs, paramedics, first responders and other professionals in the field of pre-hospital emergency medicine. Members work in all sectors of EMS including government agencies, private companies, the military and industrial settings.
