AMR in the Hemet Community

AMR Hemet/Pass provides emergency medical transport service for the Central Riverside County, California, area. The service was founded in 1997. AMR Hemet/Pass employs approximately 157 paramedics and EMTs and handles on average 29,000 calls annually.

AMR Hemet/Pass is home to the first tactical EMS team in Riverside County. AMR Hemet/Pass established the program in 1983 (under a predecessor company) and it is still active today, working closely with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Special Operations Team and other law enforcement agencies.
