AMR Palm Springs/Blythe provides emergency medical transport service for eastern Riverside County, California, serving the Cities of Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, La Quinta, Coachella and Blythe as well as the unincorporated areas of the Riverside County. AMR Palm Springs/Blythe employs approximately 160 paramedics and EMTs and handles approximately 29,000 patient transports annually.

AMR Palm Springs/Blythe provides event medical services to a variety of venues throughout Eastern Riverside County. The operation also works with multiple charitable organizations and public service organizations throughout the County.
