AMR in the Central Mississippi Community

AMR Central Missisippi provides emergency and non-emergency medical transport service for Hinds and Smith Counties, Mississippi. Founded in 1991, AMR Central Mississippi employs approximately 275 paramedics and EMTs and handles on average 55,000 transports annually.

AMR Central Missisippi is a nationally accredited operation and is active in the community. The operation interacts routinely with local hospitals and serves on various committees with the trauma region and state EMS Office to improve the quality of care across the state.
