AMR Bozeman provides emergency and non-emergency medical transport service for the Gallatin County, Montana, area. AMR Bozeman employs approximately 42 paramedics and EMTs and handles on average 3,600 calls annually.
In 2006, the AMR Bozeman Operation was selected as Operation of the Year for AMR's Rocky Mountain/Plains Division.
AMR Bozeman is the primary source of pre-hospital education for the entire county. The operation has a very successful community outreach program that targets youth in the Bozeman area. AMR Bozeman hosts regular ambulance “show and tells” for local schools and other youth organizations. It also has a fire department outreach program that targets local volunteer departments. AMR Bozeman offers regular training and ambulance orientations to local agencies and accommodates ride-along requests for new members.
