Onsite Health & Safety
AMR Kansas' Onsite Health & Safety can help limit the growing cost of work-related injuries and illness, while providing a high level of on-site medical care to employees. In addition, Onsite Health & Safety can help lower an employer’s liability, as each employee receives a full medical evaluation on-site. We offer several customized preventative and urgent-care products and services, to fit the employer’s needs. Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without a cost increase for after hours, weekends or holidays.
Offered Services
- First Aid Hotline – our communications center is staffed 24/7 with medically trained dispatchers who assist employers or employees in first aid prior to our Onsite Health & Safety unit arriving on scene.
- First Aid Response - When an Onsite Health & Safety unit is called, we will respond to your business, and provide on-site first aid and basic medical care. Many work-related injuries can be adequately treated at the business, reducing the need for an emergency room visit, helping to save the employer time and money.
- Transportation – If the Onsite Health & Safety unit determines the employee warrants further evaluation by a doctor, we will provide the appropriate transportation to a doctor’s office, urgent care clinic or emergency room.
- Vaccinations – We can provide on-site Tetanus, TB and other vaccinations. AMR can customize this service to meet your specific needs.
- Drug Screening – On-site breath alcohol testing (BAT DOT compliant) and on-site substance abuse collection/testing (DOT compliant), reducing the need for laboratory visits.
- First Aid supplies – AMR can provide first aid supplies and kits for your worksite, based on the needs and priorities of your company, and will re-stock and maintain the kits for you.
- Customized Reports – Customized and routine reporting helps you accurately track the number and types of incidents. AMR’s reporting helps you monitor trends and identify areas for possible training and safety improvement.
